M³ Surveys was established in 2025 by highly experienced surveyors, bringing together over 30 years of combined industry expertise.
Our experience spans a wide range of clients and projects, each with unique requirements, equipment, and methodologies. This diverse background has provided a strong foundation for launching our own business. Along the way, we've also identified opportunities to refine and improve the process — all with the goal of delivering a better, more efficient service to our clients.

Martyn Battams - Director
Leamington Spa
Martyn manages the day-to-day operations at M³ Surveys and leads our team from our base in Leamington Spa. He began his surveying career straight out of school and now brings over 20 years of experience in land and building measurement. Throughout his career, he has worked across a range of sectors, using diverse survey methodologies and advanced professional equipment to deliver precise results for a variety of clients.
